1. Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Ready-to-Ship Products: Typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom Orders: Processing times vary depending on customization details and production volume. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via reputable national and international carriers. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery speed selected.
Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided when available.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. International Shipping
We proudly ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by their country.

Refused international shipments due to unpaid duties or taxes may be subject to return shipping fees.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. LK Straps is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, LK Straps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
